Does anyone know the shift point for 1-2 and 2-3 for the VMS tune?

Mine is set to 6200. Rev limiter is 6350.
It can be what ever you and Kirk decide.
It's your tune. Even the "canned" tunes can be a personal tune.

I'm pretty sure mine was right around there also. It's been a while.

This is why I ask. I went to the track friday night and noticed that right at the end of the track it shifted from 3-4. I want it to hold 3rd until I am done which technically should only be a few hundred RPMs more. My tires are also chirping very har going from 1-2 and I think that might be hurting me. I think those two little things and a little more practice launching can help me get to my goal, of 12.8-9

FYI- I ran 13.186 @ 106, on all season run flat

How much torque management are you running?

Have you held third before? What did it run?

13.1 isn't that bad, where did you go? Island?

Yeah, Island friday night. I couldn't even tell you how to hold it in third, yet I think you explained it to me. Torque management and all of that stuff idk, I had VMS do it

Are you using D or Sport mode?

I was using sport mode and launching at 1500RPM

Try it in D, VMS was setting up D as the drag mode if you didn't specify otherwise.

At 80mph, pull back on the shifter, that will change it to M3. It won't down shift, but it will hold 3rd till you hit the rev limiter. That helped me a bit when I had the VMS tune.

I don't do that now, I let it shift to 4th. In fact, now that I swapped the gears I won't have a choice. ;)

Are you spinning on the launch? What's your 60'?

2.075 60'. You will have to show me that sometime soon before I goto the track.

Keep in mind also, I am using all-season run flats too
