I got this set for my wife for x-mas. It's a decent product for the price. It's held on with zip ties that are barely visible. We really like the way it looks. At $120 w/shipping, they're hard to beat.

These pix kinda suck cuz of the sun. If someone wants better pix let me know and I'll shoot some more. The rear grill is held on with two small screws.

I don't think it looks bad if that's the look your going for. Not a big fan of the silver color, I might like it better if it were painted a flat black. Good price though!

Not bad and the price was right. Those grilles are popular with the Grand Prix crowd. I like the stainless steel woven mesh better though, but that type is EXPENSIVE.

If you page down the ebay listing there is other color and coating options. I would strongly suggest at least getting the clear coat. After taking a close look yesterday I can see some oxidation from the winter. So in the future I'll be removing them, polishing, and clearing them.

I saw some of the other grilles. Any where from $400-$1200. If I'm spending $1200 on the car it better make it faster.

Is that from PFYC or somewhere else?

This place has polished aluminum with clear for $200 shipped for 5 piece.

I have them too. Love them. Polished Aluminum is what I went with for my Silver G8. They are made by Figure Engineering. Can be found on FleaBay and PFYC or direct from Figure Engineering. My car is on their website somewhere. They have held up perfectly and the price was right. I did like the look of the ss mesh but too much money for me - have to stretch the mod budget as far as I can...

Those are Race Mesh copies and have an unappealing border around them. They are made by E&G.

Thanks for posting the info about Figure Engineering. Quick question - how are they attached to the grill area? Is it using clips, zip ties??? I just hate trying to keep that honeycomb factory crap clean. #1 reason for switching over to the GXP diffuser in my opinion - ease of washing!!!

Correct, they are by E&G. The "unappealing" border is not quite that bad. But compared to what Race Mesh charges I can live with it. Easy to install and does add protection to the AC Coil from potential rock hits.

Zip Ties. I am not a fan of this method but it's simple, fast, and has been effective to date including several mid triple digit blasts and thousands of miles; no issues. Unless you are trying to find them, you don't see them.

:charlie3:

They offer a 4 piece set also since you already haxe the diffuser. Easy to clean, but like I said, get the clear coat to protect them.

I had these same style grilles on my 99 Grand Prix and the zip ties were always breaking. They are made to hold wires together, not attach grilles on a car.

Had a set of these grilles on my 06 Grand prix and the quality is great. I wasn't really a fan of zip ties, but it does give it the clean look.
