I didn't get very far. I shot the first line's connection with WD-40, waited several minutes, slipped the 10mm line wrench on, tried to turn it, and the nut rounded off with my first twist. Now what do I do? Are pre-formed black painted lines available? I was swapping the wheels, so I hit each line connection with WD-40 while I had the other wheels off, but didn't touch them.

Can you get some needle nose vice grips in there? Other than that, I'd hit up Charlie.

EDIT: Moved to Ask Charlie.

I would use Kroil or Deep Creep. WD40 is a lubricant, not a penetrant. Use a pair of vise grips and grip firmly and smack with your palm and it will come loose if you dont have a tubing wrench.

PB Blaster works if you can't find the ones Charlie recommend.

It says penetrant right on the can... along with lubricant, water displacer, etc. I guess it's just not very good? I've heard people say to not use it as a lubricant because it evaporates. SO what is it good for? I used the right kind of wrench, and I hate to destroy the line further without replacing it.

WD-40 as it goes it a mediocre penetrant, there are much betters one. WD-40 is a water displacement fluid.

For those who have trouble with getting a rusted brake fitting off. I always have success using this type of vise-grips. Plus it will not round the fittings.
