View Full Version : Dust inside headlight lens casing

The other day I was washing my car in the evening and I had the headlights on. I noticed that there is a significant amount of dust accumulated on the inside of the lens. Anyone else notice this?

I think it did that on rays car and the dealer switched it out.

They did give me new headlights, but these are dirty now too.

Haven't noticed any dust, but when I switched out my tails I noticed a little Aussi fly molded into the plastic. Kinda funny.

I have dust in my headlights as well.

Yep, here too. Not a significant amount and I'm probably the only one who will ever notice it.

I don't have a lot either, but considering the car is still fairly new, there's more than their should be. I'd hate to see how much there will be when the car's 10 years old.

Yes me too. Its been there since the car was bought. But I have installed the Expell headlight covers so I am not going to bother with the dust and changing out the assemblies. But it is damn irkesome anyway.
