So, what pieces parts should I get at a minimum to help my performance at the dragstrip? Not really intrested in road racing type upgrades, I have my SVT Focus for my curvy road runs ;)

After doing it all I would say X frame and diff bushings minimum.

Also what I've heard.

Say Charlie; are the pedders subframe bushings what you are referring to when you say X frame? I'm going to order the street 1 package and have Precision Motorsports near Tampa, FL do the install. I think you've already done this mod if I'm not mistaken, so how did you like the result?

The subframe(X) and the diff bushings make a big difference.

I will give you this answer in 2 steps:
EP1167 Zeta Rear Differential Bush Kit $108.36
EP1169 Zeta Rear Extreme Sub-Frame Connector Kit $238.99

Now based on what GM Racing is finding on the Camaro:
EP7263 Zeta Rear Control arm - Upper inner rear $96.20
EP7264 Zeta rear lower control arm inner $96.20
EP7265 Zeta Rear Trailing arm Inner $96.20
EP7266 Zeta Rear Lower Control Arm & Rear Trailing Arm Outer $96.20
EP7266 Zeta Rear Lower Control Arm & Rear Trailing Arm Outer $96.20
EP7267 Zeta Rear Toe link - inner and outer $96.20
EP7267 Zeta Rear Toe link - inner and outer $96.20

this is literally all the bushes in the back end. The rubbers on the back end allow a large amount of movement. to replace one of the bushings in the lower knuckle, is a matter of just prying it out. Once the control arm is disconnected, it will take about a minute to pop out.

Toe link bushings allow a lot of movement of the toe and toe change. So if you are an occassional launcher, do the first 2. If you are serious about the launch, then you should do the entire bushing kit, which is not that hard to do. Just takes some time and some tools

I feel the same way after changing all the rear bushings. There would be so much flex on hard acceleration that could effect toe-in and camber resulting in loss of ET and traction that all of the bushings are a must for a hard core drag car.

Thanks Mike! I'll keep that under advisement.
