View Full Version : Upgraded from 3.3 to 3.2 pulley

I decided to drop one pulley size on my TVS 1900 from 3.3 to 3.2 this week. While I was at it, I upgraded to 65 lbs injectors and moved my water/meth from the windshield washer tank to a 2.5 gallon one in the trunk. And just to top it all off, I had the throttle body ported at the same time. All the wrenching and tuning was completed by my good friends at Precision Motorsports of Florida.
Just to show you the progression of this build:

Graph 1 is with the TVS 1900,3.3 pulley,headers,rotofab,magnaflows

Graph 2 is with the 3.2 pulley,65 lbs injectors,ported throttle body,water/meth

As you can see the final tune produced 481HP and an amazing 536TQ. The car is such a beast, I can't thank PMFL enough for this permanent smile on my face.

I have the article from GM High Performance were the guys from Precision Motorsports did the meth install...good stuff!!

I actually got the meth kit for free, it was installed by PMFL in a GMHP article. GMHP fit the bill for parts and I paid the labor. The article is on the Snow Performance website if you want to take a look at it.

Looking for new rims and tires right now. Soooooooooooooo much power, these wagon wheels the car came with just aint cuttin it.

3.3 to 3.2 sounds like a downgrade to me.....

Nice numbers though, thats a sick car you have.

I've read that article many times! Once I get the new fuel system setup, that meth kit will be next.
