Ok guys quick question for ya!

When shifting in manual mode when I go from 1st. to 2nd. it seems to always bounce off the limiter before it shifts and when it does it won't shift. Is that normal? Sounds like POO when it hits it. I am not trying to run it that hard but when I kick it up for second it doesn't shift! :confused2:

When the tach needle is just about to touch the number 6, shift then, if you are just a little late, you will wind up against the limiter.

Yep, command the shift at least a few hundred RPM's before you want it to actually complete the shift.

The L76 spins up so friggin' fast, I quit fast 1-2 manual shifts. Both D & S are snap shifts.

Yeah, I could never time the manual shift either.

Leave in sport mode , do the tap back trick after the 1-2 shift ,you now in manual mode for the rest of the shifting.

One reason for getting the manual transmission. :)

Yeah I figured that was the reason. If this car came with the manual I would have gotten it. I'm not willing to spend the extra dosh on the GXP to get the few things it offers.
