Since we have someone who this applies to. If anyone else has this problem, I am happy to run a GMVIS to verify if your vehicle qualifies for the engineering information request.

This TSB concern showed up on both of my G8 GT's GMVIS. I know this thanks to you !

But did you have the actual issue on the cars?

I have noticed mine seems to spit gas back out when full. I always thought it was related to the station I was at. The tank seems to be full.

Never had a problem with my G8.

We do have a problem, however, since day one with our '10 Camaro in this regard. The only issue, every time, every pump, no matter what. The pump just won't stay on or it's a struggle to keep it going. Doesn't seem like many Camaro peeps have had much of an issue, just a few saying it happens if they don't get the nozzle in just right or at the right angle, i.e. very sensitive.

Want me to run the camaros VIS? I dunno if they are looking for engineering info on them.

I have had the gas spit out a couple times. It happens at stations that have high pump speeds. Also happens with my 03' Denali XL.

Maybe a little bit. Not much.

Glad i found this my dealership is saying there isn't anything they can do to fix this problem. My car takes like 15 minutes to fill up and its a pain in the ass. I am about to print this out and go back there and tell them to fix it. I hate chevy dealerships sometimes.

I just had this happen to me this mornng. Stopped at an Exxon station that I rarely use and fuel started spitting out and the nozzle shut off.
18K miles and never had this happen before.

It's probably the pump since it never happened before... Unless you have a CEL

Can't recall this ever happening to me. Usually when it kicks off, I slip the noozle out a little and slowly continue to fill. That can add as much as 1.5 to 2 gallons.
