Has anyone had this happen. Bought new 2009 g8 gt in September taking it home 250 mile away I noticed slight vibration in front end at 60 mph. At 2000 miles took it to Local dealer said front tires had hard spots. They rotated tires to rear after balance and aligned it. They said take it to goodyear to have tires adgusted. Problem persisted took it and i took it back to the local dealer They rebalance tires. The vibration was still there I took it back again they realigned and balanced tire. Now it pulled to the right. I took it back to the they balanced the tires and said take it back where you bought it. I took it to the original dealer they only balanced the tires. 12-30-08 I called goodyear took it to goodyear dealer they adjusted the rear tires. I took it on 800 mile road trip The problem was still ther. I took it to tire dealer. The mechanis said problem with rear left axle. I called original dealer they picked it up last Sunday. On tuesday they replaced the left rear axle. They called me today 1-14-10 said it is still vibrating and will keep it until the vibration is fixed. The original dealer has been great because it changed hands after I bought the G8 and they want to keep a customer. I told them to keep it for 6 months if they need to. HAS anyone else had vibration roblems ?????????????

Many have issues with tires. I am surprised they didnt replace all 4.

I thought the vibration had something to do with the LCA's?

Perhaps some did, but that's not your typical complaint with a LCA issue.
A vibration can be a difficult diagnosis sometimes, but it starts with the tires.
I would ask the OP if the tires were "road force" balanced.

I agree with the idea of having the dealer replace all four tires, then go from there.

I agree with G8 Ray, Road Force Balance. A friend with a G8GT has same problem with his Goodyear stock tires. Does not like them in wet weather at all.

it was road force balanced 4 times it did not solve any of the vibration.

I just had 2 tires replaced under warranty for the same issue on Wed 1-13-10 (would have been all four but to many burnouts left the other 2 with only 4/32nd's of tread). It seems to have fixed the problem for me.
