Hey guys/gals. I'm about to order the MagnaFlow Catback system from the store on this website and was wondering if its just a Bolt-on system? or is there welding involved?

On all the cars I've owned I've always done my own work (thats the joy in it) and if there is welding involved I'm going to have to rethink my options on Catback systems.

Also, if it is bolt-on, is there any special things I need to know?

Last one... What is the difference between the Street MagnaFlow system and the other? If there a preference to which I buy?

FYI, been a long time (4years) since I've done any work on cars due to Sport Bikes being my other hobby.

Its a bolt on kit. You can weld it if you want, but its not necessary.

It's a bolt on kit and I did mine myself but be aware that you may run into problems like an O2 sensor that comes out and galls the threads.

It's also a bit of a chore to get the muffs lined up straight but it's doable.

Leave everything loose and then tighten up when it's where you want it.

Get the street as it won't have the drone that the normal one has.

Overall I am VERY happy with mine. I have the normal one.

Street is a bit quieter because of an added resonator. I like mine!
