Before you say anything about Pontiac going out of business and how this car shouldn't qualify for any 'best of' list, remember, Favorite Five is a look back at the past year, not what’s to come. Besides, at the time of this writing there are still 3 new Pontiac G8 GXPs available at dealers. There shouldn’t be. Few sedans in the history of the automobile have combined the size, speed, and handling of the G8 GXP, and none of them have been American. If this family-size Corvette is the ghost of GM past, then consider us bewitched.
