I really want to get the UD pulley for this car but I also want to add an upgraded sound system. I wanted to add 1 12" Alpine type R Sub with an amp that will put 500 watts into the 4 ohm load. Then upgrade the door speakers and MAYBE depending on how the aftermarket speakers work with the stock amp, get an after market 4 channel amp for the door speakers.
If I get the UD pulley, would I still be able to do this or do I have to choose between one or the other?

You can still do it, just upgrade the battery also.

You can also run a capacitor inline with the amps to keep peak power there at all times. Running an Odyssey battery is your best bet IMO.

K thanks guys I'll look into that. Would you say it's still risky or would it be completely ok, no problems.

With a cap, you'll be fine. Look for a 3 or 5 farad cap.
Brand doesn't matter, look on ebay for Power Acustik

I'd say 1 500W amp, you'll be OK. Any more...you would probably be challenging the limits of the charging system. Of course, I defer to my audiophile collegues on this one.
