What car number am I?

I have some people on other forums that I'm on that know what car number there car is. what I mean is it was XofX made that year. they also know how many cars came like there's from the factory. Can anyone help me out?

Only relevant # I know of regarding the G8s is if your car was one of the first 888 imported to the US.

Personally I dont care... in 50 years someone might car for the first few made but in all honesty mine will have been driven into the ground by than.

You can tell by looking at the last 5 numbers of the VIN. They will be 88XXX, with the last three going up to 888 (I think the 888 car was a give away at a race). The first 888 cars were all '08s and were the first ones available in the US.
