Keeping my fingers crossed.

DA right now is -666.
Last night at 6:53 pm it was -1025.

Even if I pay my 20 bucks and only get 2 quality passes, I would be happy. All I want is a couple of chances to run with this great weather. According to the track, at this time the plans are to open, however they suggested calling before going out. I think only rain would stop them from opening.

I'm shooting for a bone stock 12.999 or better.

Well it happened, 12's on another bone stock car. I managed to get off 3 runs before the track closed down due to bad weather.

BONE STOCK 6600 MILES ON CAR.

12/11/09 -663 DA HOUSTON RACEWAY PARK

I AM STILL GOING INTO 4TH ABOUT 100' FROM THE END OF THE QUARTER. ALL RACES WERE MADE
COMPLETELY AND TOTALLY BONE STOCK, 25 PSI IN THE REAR TIRES, ALL LAUNCHES AT 1,000 RPM.
I ONLY RAN 3 RACES BECAUSE THE TRACK SHUT DOWN AT 8PM DUE TO INCLEMENT WEATHER.

Sorry about the caps, but I keep a log of all of my runs, and I pasted it here tonight. The weather radar was looking bad at around 4pm, but I called at 5pm and they said they still had plans to open. This is by far the best DA we have had since this summer. It was the best of both worlds, not only did we get to run in great -DA, but because of the weather we have a rain check for free admission next time we choose to run. I had a lot of doubts about getting 12's when I first ran my car, because I was losing .1-.2 by going into 4th about 100' before the end of the quarter.

Going out, I honestly felt secure a 12.9X would be there. The last run, I took off at a little past what I normally launch at, and did minimal wheel hop, but I got out of it. One of the guys took a video, and I will link it when I can.

You guys missed a great night to run. Hopefully there will be more nights like this before spring hits the Houston area.

I was there when he ran the 12.9 bone stock, great run Old Goat. As for me I was able to pull a 12.7 @ 108.83 w/1.92 60 foot. Keep in mind this is on my 20's because we could not fit Kevins ET's on my car the calipers would not clear.

You were launching so good, I really wonder how much better of a launch you would get if you had the ET's.

no it will hold 3rd through the 1/4 right now, well atleast untill he adds more mods lol, great runs jose.

the only thing its going to help with the etstreets is the smaller diamater of the wheel, untill futher mods on the car.

Well I think my launching is good because the big meats I have on there. The 305 Toys hook pretty good when warmed up. I can't stall the car at all or it will light them up so I just take off from idel one foot on the brake and the other on the gas. When the light turns green hit the bottom of the floor board with the pedal.lol

Just dynoed the car and its putting down 338rwhp and 364rwtq. Thats with a new tune Kevin put in after we did the first pull which was the tune I ran the 12.7 with this tune it put 332rwhp and 354rwtq. So just by retuning I gained 6rwhp and 10rwtq I guess there is always room for a little improvement....

Didn't you also install a UDP recently? That probably helped too.

Wow I figured with your 1/4 times you would have around 350rwhp. I guess its all in that 60'. Good numbers thou.... Kevin used a dyno to help tune! Blasphemy!

no installed a tune to see if adding 3* of timming would help, this was between pulls, well after looking at my dyno graph he probably picked up 1 hp and 4 lbs of tq, but who know, except for the track times.

the 12.7 is with the u/d pulley.

my first pull was 339/351
second was 344/357
