View Full Version : 5K HID lights installed today

Purchased an HID kit off ebay for $50 including shipping. It was all plug and play so install was not hard at all.

They are bright I can tell you that. I get flashed at least 2-3 times every night I drive. I have even lowered mine to offset the glare.
I love them nor do I regret putting them in, next will be the driving lights.

I love my 5000k HIDs. I have a flasher every other week or so, usually if I'm coming up a hill and they are coming down the hill passing me. If they want me to show them my brights aren't on, I can flash those...they probably would go blind. :rofl:

All I have is the Oshram Nightbreakers and get flashed sometimes going down hill, so the 5k hid will be great.

I hardly ever get flashed with HID's in mine. I think most people in my area are used to cars with HID's because there's a lot of cars that have them.
