To those of you who have installed a CAGS (skip-shift) eliminator, have you had any trouble? I have done 2 late 2007 CTS-V cars for my customers and both have different connector ends than any of the other ones I have ever done. From 1993-all the way to an early 2007 they have all been the same 2 square pins in an ovalish male connector end, and the same on the female side. on the late model 2007 I am noticing they have changed the connector ends. I have two round pins in two individual barrels. The first one i did i bought connectors, and soldered them inplace of the connector ends that came with the cags kit. on the second one I "modified" it with a razor blade and a pick. My question is have any of you had to do the same? and is there someone out there selling a CAGS eliminator with propper ends for 2007 and newer? is this a USCAR connector type of change? Thanks for your input.

The old style work on the Tremec 6060 used in the G8.

That's the style I have used for years. Has worked like a charm each and every time. Yet on the Late '07 Caddy CTS-V it is, so far, the only I have seen different. I'll have to keep my out for manual '09. Must just be an odd ball.
