First off let me say do your homework on shops. First time to the Strip at LV just Roto-fab CAI, Vector ecm & tcm tune, custom X-pipe with Flowmasters ran a 14.106 at 101.31. Temp 55*, RH 20%, BP 29.80, elev. 2028 = DA 2445. Had Navarez Racing Products put in a Comp Cam with custom grind, hand porting, and complete Kooks 1 3/4" exhaust, custom tune & Roto-fab CAI. Took it back to the Strip on 6-12-2009. Temp 81*,RH 21%, BP 29.68, DA 4264 ran a best of 13.852 at 104.87. Not much of an improvement tried to get NRP to fix it but kept getting nothing but BS from Gil. Also the scumbag Antonio that answers phones for NRP posted my car as being his on another board but thats another story. But low and behold I finally said F---U and took it to Garth at Leading Edge Performance in L. V. NV he had Zippy retune it and back to the Strip on 8-14-2009. Temp 93*, RH 7%, BP 29.64, DA 4984 ran a best of 13.363 at 108.96. Big improvement so far still tuning. Oh yeah NRP said it made 432 to the rear wheels but gave me a different printout of Dyno. Garth Dyno'ed it at 410 to rear wheels and I saw every pull they made. Next see time slips part 2.

So now the fun begins went back to Zippy for more tuning and back to the Strip on 10-3-2009. Temp 83*, RH 9%, BP 29.44 elev. 2028 = 4598 DA ran a 13.198 at 110.35. Next time out to the Strip was on 12-4-2009. Temp 41*, RH 16%, BP 30.10 DA = 1123 ran a 13.040 at 110.45. Now if I could just get a little more out of it I'd be in the 12's and then it happened. Next pass temp 38*, RH 17%, BP 30.09 DA = 923 ran a 12.861 at 111.02with a 2.143 60 foot all personal best
I WANT MORE.
If only I could get better 60 FT times now like 1.8 or 1.7 I'd really be happy then. But that 2.14 is the only time I've ever gotten anything other than a 2.2xx or 2.3xx

Is it me or is 410/381 kind of low for that cam, head work and long tubes?? Is that corrected or uncorrected?

Does the elevation effect dyno numbers or only track times?

Yes thats why I was wondering if they are corrected or uncorrected.

His 60ft's have been the time killer. I think he has no choice but to do a converter if he wants to stay in the 12's. The track prep out there hasn't been up to par either. My best 60ft has been a 1.8X .
