It enables the "MRC Track Mode" relaxed ESC system, for allowing you to 'step it out a bit' without ESC reeling you back in right away.

Notice the DIC text too on that page!

I had been looking at the triple gauge pod, and didn't like the hole filler that was there. Now I know why it's there.

The MRC feature was there in the VE HSV as well.
