It's live streaming from each race meeting.
They have a few different classes of car running at each meeting.
There will be a couple V8 Supercar races shown within the next few hours.
It's Sunday 1 pm here now.
Can you see a schedule or something that tells you when the next V8 race is broadcast ?

V8 Supercars get US TV deal

THE V8 Supercars will be broadcast to more than 79 million subscribers in America after the championship signed a deal with FOX Sports USA.

The three-year deal will see Australia's premier motorsport category broadcast on the SPEED network, the same cable channel which shows NASCAR, Formula One, MotoGP and several other series to a north American audience.

The deal will see the V8 Supercars televised in the States the weekend after each event. In the past, V8s have only been shown to an American audience as replays at the conclusion of the NASCAR Sprint Cup series.

V8 Supercars Australia executive chairman Tony Cochrane said the deal is a big step in developing the sport's international brand. "This is a fantastic and exciting relationship for V8 Supercars,'' Cochrane said.

"There is no question that SPEED in North America is the foremost network with regards to motorsport coverage and is the pinnacle platform in our sport - to be held in such regard by this highly professional organisation is a great testament to the quality of our television coverage and our racing.''

The American coverage will begin with a broadcast of next month's season-ending Sydney 500.

Just happened to get lucky and come across Sunday's broadcast of the V8 Supercars. Hopefully in the future DirecTV will get the program list right and not show it as the Lucas Oil Series in the guide. Glad to have them back on the tube in the U.S. :) The only thing better would have been to see it in person. Well o.k. actually racing the cars would be the best option, but just seeing it in person would be cool too.

That is some serious racing! The track was so long and nice they didn't have a single pace car lap. Very different than racing on some of the tracks in AU.
looking forward to an awesome season.

On a side note: God has answered my prayers.
Speed Channel now has F1 and V8 Supercars.
HD Theatre has WRC.
What else could you ask for?????

I watched the 2 Bahrain races on Sat and Sun here. Much of the same as far as long open track with no pace cars needed. They've reduced the fuel tanks from 120 to 75 litres for the Sprint Races which brings strategy more into play, much better than the old Mandatory pit stop window system.

The Clipsal Race in Adelaide in a few weeks is usually full of carnage. Pace car will need re-fuelling during that one.

The first race of the Clipsal weekend in Adelaide has finished. A totally different outcome than the past 4 races. Street circuit with lots of bumps and concrete barriers. The safety car came out about 4 times.
(Well worth watching next week on Speed TV)

There's another race there tomorrow.
They expect the total trackside crowd for the weekend to be 280,000.
180,000 so far.

Crazy Paul

The Sunday race was even better than the one Saturday.
Total weekend crowd at the track 177 000.
Great racing with awesome passes, not too many safety cars.....fuel strategy and a touch of rain livenened up the race.

Next race on Speed 3/21 2pm EST. It is listed on Comcast as Auto Racing, but the description doesn't mention Australian V8 Supercars.

Saw the desert one in the middle east last week, and am currently surfing the G8 boards while watching Abu Dhabi from the FIOS TIVO --- Awesome.

The red (g8 v6) tail lights that these supercars run are starting to grow on me.

Wish I could replace my GXP diffuser with one like what they run in these races.

Yesterday was Race 9 of the season and Ford scored their first win for the year.
It was a faultless performance and that car deserved to win.

Today is race 10 from Queensland raceway. It's a bumpy circuit shaped like a paperclip.

Edit- The same guy won Race 10.

Championship leader Whincup broke a rocker and the TV coverage took us in there for a look at the broken roller with the valve cover off, something we've not seen before. New rules mean teams are not so secretive about parts used.

Not sure where you are up to with the delayed coverage there.
Great racing with lots of passing in the past 4 races on sprint tyres.
Championship leader is now a Frod driver.

OK in real time there's been another race weekend at Winton in Victoria.
Not happy hunting there for Tander or Whincup.
Dunno why the Frods are suddenly at the sharp end.
