Pretty new to this. My first run it was 40 degrees out with TC on. Had a little wheel spin and my 0-60 time was 4.41. Not sure if that is real great I think the 60' time was about 2.1

Second run was with TC off and had a lot of wheel spin. 0-60 was 5.02.

Any recommendations out there. Does TC need to be off and roll into the throttle vs planting it?

Both runs were in auto mode.

TC always off. experiment with rolling vs planting but never use TC for racing.

Thanks Wreck. What's the deal with TC on and racing? Does it or could it cause damage?

No damage, it is applying the brakes to control spin and can short shift, so it kills your ETs. Mastering rolling into it is the key to fast ETs.

Ahhhhh I see! So what are some tips for rolling into the throttle? Is it all feel? Learning how the vehicle reacts and adjust accordingly?

I usually do 1200 rpms, release brake and go 50% then 100% pretty damn fast. In the cool weather it gets squirrley without a converter, so I know DRs will be a must.
