I was at Cunningham Motorsports in Lake Elsinore, CA and put my baby on the dyno to see what it could do.

Car only has Vararam intake and Magnaflow catback. (No TUNE)

1st run- 397hp
2nd run- 397.5hp
3rd run- 396.9hp and 388 torque

Here are the dyno sheets

Nice numbers, just imagine 20+ more with a tune. GXP's are beasts.

I only put down 315/325 - but it was a "heartbreaker" mustang dyno.

Or the other dyno is a little on the giving side. That is why they are to be used as tools only.

Mine did 342rwhp stock and is now right at 370rwhp with current mods. All runs were done on the same dyno.

That's some high dyno numbers for your mods. Either that's a generous dyno or you have a freak! Either way, congrats.

That seems about right for a dyno dynamics. they are usually about 6-8 percent higher than a dynojet.

Ah, I didn't know that. That makes sense now.

I don't have anything good to say about dyno's.

I'll just take my bone stock 12.933 and be happy.

I remember my 370 rwhp auto 05 GTO spanking 430 rwhp dyno queens at the track. Good enough for me. :spank:

Yeah, dont worry about dyno numbers just 1/4 mile times.

Thats why they call it the "heartbreaker" dyno - the ECM was also doing something funny with the torque management.

It was a mustang dynojet.

You must of been the one that ran your car during the xceedspeed dyno day at SI in Troy. That dyno is the lowest reading dyno I have ever been on and I am not surprised by those numbers. My old Evo put down 290 on that dyno and 339 on another local mustang dyno. I plan on running my G8 GT on the SI dyno after the cam and supercharger are installed in about a month. I'm hoping for 400 at the wheels. Good numbers for a stock GXP on that dyno!

That was me. Are you on there?

That is the second different MD I have used in the last few years...heartbreaker is what I call any MD :)

Cam and SC? Nice....
