Went to Orlando Speed World on Friday night (DA 481).

Last pass of the night I ran a 13.009 @ 108.15 with a 2.010 60'. I had the pressure down to 25psi on the stock 19" summer tires. I would leave off idle and roll into the throttle. Tried mashing from the start and spun them, tried holding about 3/4 throttle and spun them, and ending up rolling into it and getting the fastest 60' of the night of 2.1.

I just don't see how people are getting mid twelves with the same setup at 110 MPH and managing 1.9 60'. I have been racing for a while and have experimented a lot and I just can't get the stockers to grab.

Either way, I'm getting really close and have decided its time for some DR's. Just have to find the right setup.

Complete slip breakdown (with scan coming soon):
60' 2.010
330 5.571
1/8 8.458
MPH 85.42
1000 10.926
1/4 13.009
MPH 108.15

Wait your 60' says 2.010 but you typed 2.10... which one was it? If it was 2.1 you can definately get that down some and get you a 12. :) The cars running mid 12s with similar mods are probably running in negative DA's. I'd think high 12s would be average for a header/intake/tune car in decent(not great) weather.

My bad, the 60' is actually 2.010, not 2.1. I will correct the OP.

2.01 is actually pretty good... wait for a nice cold front you'll get a 12. :)
