Ok! time to add WARLOCK to the list.
Story goes like this..
I been watching the weather, knew last night was going to be an awesome night for a first track outing. Called a couple of buddies to go, everyone is a pussy. screw it i went the hour trip alone..
I get to the track and let the car cool down, pop the hood and plugged the laptop in and kicked the fans on.. So i set myself some ground rules while i watched some big tires go down the track.
1. piss on reaction time. not there to bracket, just get a good baseline.
2. piss on the car in the other lane, racing the clock.
3. no hotlaps. dont know when i will get back, and again this is baseline before anymore mods.
track looked sticky on the line but fell apart about 300ft out.
so after about 30 min cool down from the trip t the track i wrote down some vitals.
Car has exactly 12,694 miles on it.
its 4 months old.
it has a roto-fab intake and an intense canned tune. NO OTHER MODS
car has 1/4 tank of gas. setup just like i drive it every day.
38# air in the back tires.
outside temp 51 degrees, 92% humidity, 322ft. elevation. no wind DA -268
spun um over just enough to clean um and staged up. first ever pass and first time i been on the track in over three years...

1000 rpm launch, no spin.. car spun so hard going into second that the ass end was hopping all over the place, and i held 3rd but it was bouncing the limiter crossing.. hmmm. went back dropped pressure to 35 pounds and waited 20 min cool down.

this time i let it shift out. maybe thats the mph.

1200rpm launch no spin, still issues with second and my car has been shredding third on every pass too.

hmmm, i let it shift out again but this time the mph is back the same as with holding third. ok that trick is not making a hill of beans in my car.
17 min cool down then made the best pass of the night.

1100rpm launch. i tried stalling higher and the car almost redlighted and pushed thru the brakes. anyway..

i held 3rd on this pass.
this ended up being my best of the night. i ran another 13.12 next with the car in DRIVE. no im not shitting you i forgot to put it in sport until after it shifted to second and didnt try to hop around.lol
the car has 12s in it if i could get out of the whole quicker and it would not hop in second, but that was track prep.
for a stock car with just a roto and a tune im doing damn good i think..
remember... in july this was the same car that only dynoed 313rwhp with these mods.
full exhaust is on the way.. that and some headers..
for now put me on the list gents. im rockin up there close to Shane with mods vrs times.
