Is there any mathmatical formula that is used to figure how much horsepower is lost due to high ambient tempatures? I understand each car is different and there are many variables. But let's say I have 310hp at the rear wheel and it is 90 degrees outside. If I were to run it on a day when it is 70 degrees would I have different numbers at the RW? If so how could that be figured without strapping it down to a dyno.
