Well we finally got some decent weather and my car broke into the 12s. The weather was in the mid 60s and i got to the track and staight to the staging lanes. My first run was 13.0 @ 107.5 with a 1.97 60. I let the car cool down for about 30 minutes and ran it again but the rev limiter hit so it ran 13.2 @ 106 with a 1.96 60. The last run was 12.94 @ 107.94 1.97 60ft.

My mods are cat less with a custom x pipe and removed mid muffler. Everything else is stock. Oh and tuned by me. There were other G8s with more mods but werent having much success getting into the 12s. I think if i would have let the car cool down more i would have seen a 12.8 maybe lower.

Wait, you ran these times on a stock intake and stock axle backs? Jeebus, thats about what Im running with an OTR, tune, X-pipe, and aftermarket mufflers. Good job dude, what track was this at? Thats a good 60' too.

Yeah everything stock. It runs constant 13.20 @ 106mph on 80-90 degree weather but this really helped out. The track is Edinburg International Racetrack and the run was 10/30/09 at around 11:00pm car wt was 4068lbs with driver.

You must have done a hell of a good job with the tune, because that's a great time with a stock car. Congrats :)
