Well, my heads still aren't ready and I'm figuring on early December before I get time to do the install, after I get back from Disney. I'll go to Atco when they reopen in '10.

Good runnin today Jay, and GT594. Unfortunately my TBSS is starting to live up to it's name, only got a 13.27 today. I've got all winter to figure it out and then some.

We also had an all stock white G8 with us as well (John). He should be a new member on here soon as well. He ran a best 13,7 . I really wanted to pop the bubble this year and without doing the heads and intake porting. I believe I have one or two more chances this Nov. Weather permitting. John, now is the time to trade the TBSS in for a G8, they are damn near giving them away!

How long does it take to get heads done??? I'm going to see where I'm at once the stall is in. I have a couple of jobs waiting to start which will determine how much and what I do over the winter(I want to look into some suspension changes not that I feel like it needs too much but I have yet to see a video of it going down the track). I've had a 1900(or2300) in mind but thats 7k I don't have right now. Might have to gas the bitch but I'd rather a FI.

You and I may need the driver mod to hit 11s. I can't afford the whole 100lbs but maybe 50lbs lol

Trust me, I've thought about it more than once, but the TBSS has been a good vehicle and does pretty good mod for mod against a G8. It does pretty good on the street being awd also. My plan is to find out where I lost .08-.1 (I know it seems petty) and install the tc, vette servo and modified y pipe I have sitting in the garage. That should hopefully get my all year round, awd, daily driven, boat pulling suv in the 12's.

It didn't help I was over 1/2 a tank of fuel. Since my tune I don't use it up as fast.Lol! Instead og getting there with about a 1/4 tank my needle never moved. :(

Nice meeting you all today at Milan, will be back in spring..wanted to get some numbers on my car to see how much a tune and intake will improve. Had a best time (2 total runs) 13.7 at 101.77 mph bone stock , was satisfied with that.
Im assuming that is about normal for a stock GT?

Later for now - Jon
