View Full Version : Tri-State Dragway - Saturday

There are a few of us going to Tri-State on Saturday. Just posting this up if anybody else in the N. KY, Cincy or surrounding areas wants to head there for some runs. Not really sure on the times right now, but gates open @ 12:30, Test n Tune starts @ 1pm. Hopefully weather will permit. Gotta love Mid-West weather! :)

Matt, thanks for posting this. I'll be there as long as the weather holds out. Since I'm probably located the closest to them, I try to remember to shoot an email out to let folks know what's really happening weather-wise.

I haven't been to Tri-State for several years. It was a good track when I was there.

I was going to race Tuesday at ORP, but I have to go to Plymouth MI on Monday.

Looks like it's gonna be a beautiful day. (armchair weatherman) I have a meeting until 3 and then I will be out there as soon as humanly possible. 3:30 most likely. Hopefully you guys will all still be there. so far I count somewhere between 4 and 7 showing? Should be decent.

OK, so I gotta ask. Anybody wanna go to Edgewater or Tri-State this coming weekend? I have friends in town on Friday, but can sneak away for a few races! :)

Unfortunately, it looks like I may have to work this weekend. Luckily, I haven't had to work a weekend in over 8 years and now that I have the dragstrip bug and some fellow G8 friends to hit the strip with, our CEO has arranged for a convention to take place at our site and it's mandatory for some of us to be there. Hopefully something will give and the convention will fall through. I'll keep you posted. I'll definitely take a rain check if I can't make it.

Does not look likely for this weekend. Saturday is a no way, Friday does not look much better.

Book me in guys. What time are you opening? Not so sure as I really want to know how little power Im running but Im up for a laugh - just dont blow it up cos its my daily driver :-

Are you in the Cincy area? PM me your email address and I'll add you to our local distribution email list for events. Tri-state doesn't open again until March 1st (weather permitting).
