GT lights question

Just wondering why do guys want the V6 tailights over the GT lights? I actually like the GT lights better than my V6 lights and would possible trade mine to anyone local due to I'm a daily driver and that theirs still look new. I have had my car for 2 months now and I see on the forum people want the V6 lights so I was wondering why! So could someone fill me in on this.:grrrr8:

For some of the cars, (and owners) the red tail lights go better. They help to either round the look of the rear end or to serve as more of a focal point for the rear.
And its also a stealth move, as people start to regognize the G8s more and know them by the tail lights and exhaust tips, some puke ass MOPAR owner will get a rude surprise when the car he thinks is a V6, turns out to be a V8, and squashes his attempted "ricer flyby". :tigger:
