Yeah, it's based on the Ford Racing V8SC Falcon, but no Commies use blue as their base color from what I can tell.

Being from the import tuner scene, that looks hot. If it was actually pulled off in this detail, it would look great.

Well, I wouldn't do one-lug wheels (mucho dinero), but I could conceivably P/C my current wheels, which would change it up a bit because they are concave/lipped.

The graphics I could do even better in reality.

I'm not saying i'll do it, but I have been tempted to replicate a V8 Supercar from OZ since the day I got the car. I always liked the Monte Carlo's that were Nascar rep's.

Don't paint it like a racecar unless you are going to race it. Don't race your car if it has an interior, no roll cage, street tires, street brakes, street suspension and no fire supression system.

In other words, if I see that car at my track (outfitted as above), I'm going to drool all over it - you'll have to tazer me to get me away from it. If I see it at a redlight, I'm going to pee my pants from laughing so hard.

Same car - different situations.

Oh, so you pee yourself laughing when you see the Nascar replica Monte's, or the 'Pace car' Grand Prix replicas that never were actual pace cars?

Besides, I'd never paint it that way, just vinyl. Easier to undo. And it was just a "lets see what this looks like" kind of thing. I have some other graphics ideas I'm going to work on next.

My car is going to be strictly for show at this point. Has enough 'go' as it is, and i'm not going to fully convert it to a V8SC.

Actually, I do laugh at them. A FWD, V6 car that is painted like a racecar to which the only similarity is that they both have 4 wheels? Yeah, I laugh. Hard.

Of course, our cars are somewhat similar to that. About the only things that are the same between a G8GT and a V9 Supercar are some body panels. They have a double-wishbone front suspension, 4-link w/ live-axle rear, 5.0L Aurora engine, different brakes, shorter wheelbase, etc. But, they look very much the same from the outside, so it'd be a little easier to swallow.

How are white wheels and writing on the side of the car not rice? A supercar is about the power. You don't have to make a dramatic expression on the outside of the car to be a true supercar. That is where the line is made between rice and "supercar." IMO

nice chop skills, i would love to see the car with those paint schemes up close but i would def. stick to stock myself.

reminds me of fast and the furious when i first saw it (yes.. very select areas in canada with tuner scenes)

How much does a Vinyl wrap cost?
