G8 owners in Bloomington, IL area?

I am new to these forums, and wanted to say whats up! I am a proud owner of a MSM 2009 G8 GT which I purchased back in June. I was introduced to this forum by another member that I ran into today, but forgot to catch his alias on here.... I usually post on g8board.com, but wanted to check out this forum as well.

I wanted to see how many peeps registered on here are from the Bloomington/Normal IL area? Good information to have in case the need arises to check out each others cars. :thumbsup:

Cool.... I am actually getting married on Oct. 24th, so not a whole lot of money to play with for modding right at the moment unfortunately. I am eventually looking to apply some rear window tint, install 20" wheels, swap out the exhaust and upgrade the sound system with installation of a sub. That will prolly have to wait until next year though. I will prolly stay with the stock tune for the time being.

Just purchased my White Hot 09 G8GT this past week. I live in Peru Illinois, bought 50 miles north of Bloomington off of 39. I'm in Bloomington quite a bit since my sister lives there. I work at a Buick GMC dealer here in peru (Jeff Perry Buick GMC). I'm an Internet Manager, I had the pleasure of selling myself my own car lol. Nice to see fellow G8 enthusiasts out there. I have a bad feeling we will never see another car like this come out of GM, unless Buick changes it's mind and makes the zeta platform Park Ave, but they recently told us NO at the Regal launch day we had.
