Need advice on pricing a G8

I've been looking around for one for a while but had to wait to get rid of my Trans Am first. Anyway, they got the monthly payment to $450/72 months if I put $1000 down to cover the tax and tags. Is this fair for a premium G8 GT?

09 G8 GT premium package no summer package $418/month for 72 months no money down. I did get a GM discount, + 1.9% financing. Original sticker price $32,760. They had $6-7000 in rebates when I bought mine.
