Fog Light Idea

Here is an idea i have for new fog lights. My plan is to remove the lower valance and take a mold. I want to take the mold and reform it to allow for these lights from the new '10 E Class MB. I want to make new lower valance inserts out from carbon fiber. I am also planning on replacing the ugly X style diffuser with black wire mesh. I live in Buffalo and am planning on trying this out during our 6 month winters. What do you think???

not bad, kindove audi-ish, then pontiac on top.
i would do something more rectangular shape not so groovy

It does look kinda audi like but I hate the Huge fog lights. Reminds me of every Pontiac since 1994 including my old Grand Am. Even the new HSV E series 2 uses audi LED fog lights. Its very euro like but if done right can look clean and stock. I think its worth a try.

The lines dont go well with the body but the idea overall is a good one. I looked for diff foglights for a while but finally decided just to ditch them all together and run cooling ducts.
