I was thining of trading in my Gt for a gxp and I saw one at a local dealer here in South Jersey. It was either white or black, manuel (have been looking on the internet a lot so cant remember color) with 11k miles on it and they wanted $42k. That is the damn price for a new one. This is why gm is hurting, because of greedy dealers!!! I know its the top dog G8 and is sought after but come on! 11k freeking miles on it for full price is absolute b.s.

Give me some time to sort my drive line vibration out and I'll sell you mine, assuming that the Z/28 is actually going to be built now.

Greedy dealers are not a GM phenomenon. They can be found in every brand. Just look for a desirable car in short supply and you'll find them.

BTW, as a GXP owner I'm rather pleased to hear this. :D Though I believe if you look around some you should find some that are cheaper.

Did you talk to them and let them know what you thought? That car should be 34-38k at most. There has been a black GXP for sale at a dealer near me for about 38k for a few months.

You were looking at the black GXP at Burns Pontiac in Marlton. I drove by it the other day. I was in the left hand lane when I saw it. I was going to stop but there was too much traffic.

Thery're real hard to fine and the dealers know this so they can put any price on it they want.

Yea thats the dealer and the car. But really, 11k miles at full price?

No I didnt stop in I saw it when I passed by it on my way to work and looked it up on their website. If it was reasonable I would have bought it by now.

Save your money and use it to make your GT into a 'GXP Slayer'. That's what I did. :)

I didn't realize there was a competition between the GT and GXP, my bad. Time to spend more money.

Shit! $41K for a used GXP with 11,000 miles on it?! I'll sell mine for $40K right now and I only have 5,000 miles. :D
