Will this work with the Volant CAI?

No, not without trimming the cover to clear the Volant box. The volant box has in-sufficient clearance around the blue cap and also does not have a "chamfer" on its top front edge like the stock airbox does.

As you can see here, the Holden radiator cover butts right up against the stock airbox.

To make the Holden rad cover fit with a Volant airbox you'd have to trim material away similar to this.
