Heading back to the dragstrip tomorrow night to see if I can better my 13.82@101 w/2.11- 60ft. I put my stock wheels and tires back on which are 10 lbs lighter on each corner. I'm going to work on my launches and try and get the 60 ft times into the low 2.0's. Its going to be about 15-20 degrees cooler then the last time. I think the 13.60 are there and hopefully I'll get er done. I'll have my posts up Saturday morning. Hopefully video again at a later date.

good luck! you should do better if the tires your putting back on are lighter. easily. what did you have on there before?

I had my 19's on with just a little wider tire. I'll drop my pressures in the rear to about 29and raise my front to about 40-42. I'm going to try some just off idle launches this time. Last time most of the launches were 1100 rpm or so, hooked up fair. The track should be really good because they are have a big pro mod shoot out on Saturday and they'll be testing tomorrow night and they'll will have the track plenty sticky.
I also installed the eibach prokit which dropped in about 1" all around. Might be slightly more aerodynamic.

i like that. i got a decent sized check from the Army after doing that mission so im getting alot of stuff for mine. started with that tune but claire and my parents bought me that. i want a intake like urs. strut bar for looks. long tube headers and a underdrive pulley. then ill get some covers. i am getting a 17 inch flat screen for ym trunk. like the trunk lid on the inside when it folds up. then ill dress the trunk up a little...gotta find someone who can hook kickers up to this radio. out of my skillz. big time.:shf:

Spectre has has the intake available now to the public. I mocked up the one on my car for spectre. Its very nice piece, all polished and I developed the polished piece that goes over the MAF also. No one else has one of these yet. I have one for a guy thats close to where I live. He will have the second one. I'm going to do the install on his black g8.

Tucked in front of the fender well, it pulls air from the original air inlet. Simular to the NewEra

could you feel a difference? if i already got a tune it is still going to be affective right? and how much are they?

It will probably help your car more then mine. I didn't run mine in the quarter with the stock air box, so, I can't tell you for sure. I have a friend with an 09 and he ran 13.94 at the same track that I did. So, mine is just a tenth faster. I hope he brings his back to the track tomorrow night. I might get a chance to pull to the line with him. Yours with the tune could probably use somemore air, it definetly get more air.

Couldn't tell you, I have no comparisons. Rotofab had theirs out first. I know there is a bunch of difference in price.

Show some pics of it, I would like to see it. Thanks for the comments, I hope to get mine tuned soon. I had planned to go to the LSX shootout in Memphis, but, had to change my plans. I had talked to Mike a Newera about tuning it there. Good luck on the stuff you have planned.
