Yes it is. And it's a shame to. They're too many cops that give themselves a bad name, and it's these cops that make people dis-like cops.

Honestly by the way they were acting, I wouldn't be surprised if you showed him your badge and he just laughed in your face and continued to do what-ever it was he was doing

lol troopers are known to be the biggest dicks of all, but laughing in another p.o.'s face is unlikely......but yea man b4 i became one i had been written numerous tickets so i know the bad side.......some guys like to be dicks and others are just there to do their job and not to torment citizens....those guys make the rest of us look bad

Yup pictures were taken yesterday morning. I left around 930ish. After seeing all that shit with the state troopers, I just wanted to get the hell outta there lol

and to the cop on this thread... Do you agree that the other cops actions were extremely out of line, and he should be reprimanded?

If I go to work and treat my customer's like crap, then guess what, I am getting fired.

Just like the majority of cops are good, the majority of civilians are good as well. So treating a good citizen like crap is wrong, and should not be acceptable.

I certainly believe he was way out of line and his actions were completely un-necessary. The majority of cops are good, but yes, a few are terrible. Just sucks all the terrible one's hang around this car show

I agree.....not to defend these guys actions in any way but none of you prob. have any idea of what happened over there last week......it really didnt make anyheadlines, but this is the only reason i can think of that those guys are being such dicks......one of the troopers was stripped of his baton and beat badly, he shot and killed one perp and another got away, trooper still in hosp. with sever head trauma......anyways i havent witnessed anything like what these trooopers are doing, i have only been on for 2 years but i can say i would never stand around and watch another cop treat someone with such disrespect..........i wish i was there b/c i would have told them to go fuck themselves........as far as take picture of a parkway..yes it is illegal, and we can thank terrorists for that one......you nwould get your camera right back.......also ive never heard of police checking for cats!??!!??!? lol anyways did it ever crosss anybodys minds that some of these cars, were either uninsured unregistered, or suspended registrations, along with drivers with suspended or revoked licenses???? also the state gives grants to departments for these increased saturation patrols in which officers are pretty much forced to issue tickets for certain violations which would normally be disregarded???

but i said it once and ill say it again......NY State Troopers are DICKHEADS!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

my ucle went ot boot camp for the state troopers and after a couple of days and 2000 push ups later(sgt didnt like him)he left.
he is retiring from the city police next year!

I didn't mean as a visual blocker or anything like that. But clearly you are into your car and modifications, so that might of been a big red flag to them, as in, "hey look at this guy, he has to have something under the hood we can bust him for"

they cant legally just look under your hood........dont allow them in the trunk or under the hood........
