On acceleration, even light, from a stop, particularly if turning left, I can hear some portion of the exhaust making contact with something. appears to be from left side.

My installer confirmed that something is making contact but he was on his way out of town so we haven't had a chance to deal with it yet. Anyone had the same experience and, if so, know the fix?

It will usually be the middle brace.

The 4 bolt brace running across the car? Any ideas on fixing? Hammer I'm guessing?

ARH came with spacers to lower it about 1/4 of an inch.

Interesting. Thick washers?

Got a set of ARH spacers on the way. Can't say enough about how nice they were to deal with. Great folks!

Also, when you're under there, loosen up the pipe joints and push up the pipes above the brace. I used a large pry bar. Then re-tighten, with the upward pressure onn the pipes.

Arrrgh just got internet back, you should be able to move the headers so they wont hit, we've never had an issue in house but we spent alot of time on the alignment :)

No worries, when Brent gets back he's going to install a few Pedders bushings for me so I'll just have him throw these spacers in and wiggle things around a bit to get it clear. That's in addition to whatever else ends up being needed for the other issue of course.

Agreed, I think you are going to end up with Kirk down there, he's been talking about going to brents to help you out quite a bit so I guess we'll see when he gets back!

Yea, probably not. Whatever happens I just hope we can get this figured out soon. I'm tired of driving like my mother.

You can also get a set of Galvonized ones from Home Depot.
