Went to the strip on the 9th of September with my G8. Had a couple of practice runs testing the track, dialing in tire pressure, etc. Then I opened it up...
Got off the line pretty well.
Was cruising in first and then made the shift from 1st to 5th.
Safely into 5th, I nailed the 4500 shot nitrous :)
1/8 mile time was decent, 1/8 mph was pretty good as well I guess...
Come about 230 mph and I started spinning the wheels (stupid stockers) so I had to pull my Nasa Space Shuttle chute and slow down the car for a disappointing 13.744 @ 103.13.
Hopefully I can get some tires for next time :)
