Is it mythical,or is there really a place to turn extra bass on the radio? How loud is the exhaust without the rear mufflers? Thanks in advance. Brewski6.0l.........

Well you can turn up the amp in the trunk which I think is what you are referring to. And just take your exhaust off it is 2 bolts per muffler and you can hear for yourself or pull up a youtube video of SLP exhaust and it will pretty much sound like the vid. I have heard one of the vids and it sounds good not for me with the wife but if I was younger

The issue with removing the stock muffs is not the volume at idle. That is actually tolerable. The damn drone is outrageous. I even made track pipes (straight pipes that connect to the stock muffler flanges) and they still drone at an unacceptable level. Even if you up the bass to max, and crank it, the drone will eventually drive you to put the muffs back on. As was posted, though, it is easy to try and see if you likey.
