Drag radials & 17' rims

Installed MT 275/40/17 DRs :charlie2:on Camaro 17"x 9.5" rims , this tire is to small,specs . list it at 26" but it is 25 1/4 " mounted. the car would shift into 4th about 10' before the end of the 1/4mi. It appears to also effect the ecm on the car , the best run was the 1st run, than the car slowed a 1/10th on the next 2 runs . put the stock 19s back on and almost equaled the 1st run. Tires are for sale , and I'm attempting to get in contact with Kirk @ VMS

What were your times? Was this on the Camaro or your G8?

Camaro rims on a G8 gt. It is a good fit , the tire is 11" wide, fits with room to spare .I will post the time when I can get a good back up.
