When i was at the track I would only torque the car up to about 1200 and let her rip but tonight i was messing around and seemed to get her to around 1800-2000. Is this what i should be launching at to get better times or will I just loose traction even on the strip?

darn, i guess after running the best of a 13.9 i am still a little disappointed that it didnt do a little better than that, especially when i hear people running 13.7s stock, and im only 600ft above sea level too!

The stock converter will not stall that high unless you are putting serious power through it.
