Acura TL type s 2005ish

I usually avoid anything on the street because I have cronic bad luck, but this guy was driving like an asshat (tail gating, weaving in and out, etc). My wife and a ton of gear was in the car after a 4 hour trip. I let the guy in front of me. He took off from a red light and I kept glued to his bumper- no hard launch on my part. Let off at about 50 because he was about to be pitted. I am stock. Ran in Sport.

I think they are the fastest Honda you can race right now. lol

Actually I think the new TL SHAWD with like 305 hp or something like that would put up a little more fight.

Those guys always think their car is quick becasue of the cool Type-S badge on the back. I took one down easily with my 05 GP Comp G a while back.

I have raced one of these. It belongs to some jackass who thinks he's hot shit because he lives off the golf course at Grey Rock, so I run into this guy frequently. Stock G8 GT can take them, roll or dig, as tested in the field. The outcome was not in doubt, they are double-digit mph and high 14's in the quarter from the factory (around 14.8 @ 97-98mph or so). The 0-60 is around 6 seconds. Missing two cylinders when you have AWD drivetrain loss and are short one gear in your transmission is a bitch, huh?

That's a $44k MSRP by the way. His car had paper tags at the time and he was not happy about the result. I've since added the Superchips so it's just going to get worse before it gets better. Whenever I see him I just wave :devil: :spank:

Funny you should say that. This guy lived in a similar community. Must be something in the water. Acura owners are a rare breed. I would have liked to give him more of the lesson, but I got the look from the misses.
