Default Is Volant CARB approved? It come with sticker?

I'm looking to get a Volant CAI for my GXP. I can't find ANYWHERE that is is or not CARB approved. I see LOTS of Volant .pdf's saying to place the CARB sticker on the box, but I wanna be sure before I buy...

Anyone have a Volant that has the CARB sticker or at least came with it?

    Thanks
    Rich

For that matter does anyone know of ANY CAI that's CARB approved ?
One of the joys living in Cali...

I have one in stock and I am having my warehouse guy look in the package for the sticker.

Went through the package and there was not a CARB sticker in there. You might want to call Volant to double check.

    I just did...
    Called Rotofab
    Called Volant
    neither are CARB approved...

    Rotofab isn't gonna even try...
And Volant says it's gonna be a year or so before they get approved.

I know to keep my stock stuff to go get smogged.. but with the way cops are being out here now.. if they get you for speeding and make u pop your hood. They can tow you.

Umm one it's not MY state, I'm from Pa. I just live here...
And 2nd. I'm never giving up this weather.
It's the cops not the treehuggers that get to me...
NEver having to deal with rain or snow or hot and humid is worth it.
I bet if you get popped for racing in Florida they will tow you for "aftermarket parts" too...
