Stood at the top of my driveway and wondered how I'm going to get rid of about a 2" thick layer of ice so I'll be able to get back up it if I leave. I chopped away with a shovel for 30 minutes and only cleared about a 4' x 8' area. Anyone have a jackhammer? I would rather have had 10" of snow.

Hooray--I normally don't reply to this thread BUT, with most of the US under ice and snow, I washed my G8 (and not in the carwash) and then went over it with Meguires Detailer. The temps were in the high 50's and it was sunny.
Boo--I may have to drive my G8 tomorrow and the forecast doesn't sound as friendly as today.

I drove on ice covered interstate 20 from Abilene to Ft. Worth. Wow it was not fun 20-30 mph for 4.5 hours. I'll stick to rain or snow I prefer nice dry roads. Now my car is covered in SALT!!!!

Partially took apart the underhood electrical box. I intend to swap my DRLs from the headlights to the low-filament parking lamps in the headlight fixtures. With the V-LED SMT Switchbacks I've got in, that'll give me 6k blue-white DRLs.
