    Default Question installing TYC headlamp assemblies

    I'm putting in new headlight assemblies and the resulting fender gap is kinda big. The mount holes are a bit of a stretch to ali also, but doable. It seems like the lower mounts are causing it. There are metal sleeves that appear like they should rotate and create more or less gap, that you can see in the pics. They came at Max gap, and I can't seem to get any tool on them to turn them. Are they supposed to turn? The stock originals are set a bit more forgiving (last pic).

    I figured it out. They are reverse threaded.
