Cts-v wheels and tires?

I recently bought me an 09 g8 gt and I've come to find out that three of my wheels are bent. I wanna get a set of the cts-v wheels to put on, but I'm just worried about fitment issues. Some people say they'll fit fine some people say they'll rub or hit the strut. Does anybody know if cts-v wheels will bold right on a stock g8 gt? If so what size tire would you recommend running on the front and back? Thanks for any help!

This seems to be hit or miss

Some run a 3mm-5mm spacer if needed.

I had some on my GXP and it was incredibly close but no spacer...
