When I was a teen ..my neighbor had a 73 AMX in Red. I Always watched him wash it and put it back into the garage. Nice car ..I never see Javelins at shows.

Once got a ride in AMC's "The Machine". Yep, red, white and blue, just like in the pictures. Stock. Ran high 13s, which was REAL respectable in 1971. Always wanted one of the Gremlin Xs with the 302? 302, right? 3 oh something...
The AMX was the rare one. Rare, even during its time. Rare-er than our G8s are now.
