    Default New cam issue

    Just installed a new tsp stage 1 cam. Car keeps throwing p106 code it is the map sensor baro. Tuner said to just turn it off for now. What is everyone else doing with this? Any help would be a great help

    I would think that this code pops because your new cam doesn't produce enough vacuum at idle based on valve event timing.

    If you trust your tuner, I'd just follow his advice.

    Common issue with bigger cams, the VVE table and MAF aren't correlating to each other at idle like the stock cam. Max out the ECT and RPM enables for the airflow diag tests, like your tuner said.
