I was logging dynamic airflow and there are correlated spikes between that and my wideband. So I think I'm narrowing it down to something with the maf. I'm leaning towards a turbulence in the maf because there is no honey comb. I ordered one so we shall see.

Is that a stock MAF or card style MAF?

Ahhh. Yeah I think the problem is the LS7 maf in the big 4" tube is causing turbulent air when the throttle is closed.
