A smooth silicone 45 elbow may work if you. Wanna get rid of the corrugated fitting.

Funny you mentioned that, it started with a 45, but concentrating on that formation, on a 2009.1 version the maf into vararam housing would contact idler pulley under tb. On other end, creating butchering of 45.
